Beautiful
I bought this for my mother for Christmas and she keeps bragging how wonderful it is. The best way to clean this is use Dawn power spray and let it soak and it will clean up beautiful.

Beautiful dutch oven
I really like it. Dinged one star as the edge where the pot meets the lid has some rough spots and needed to be oiled. A small thing really.It does take more attention than all my nice slickity new non stick pots and pans, but it makes a beautiful pot roast. Sometimes the white interior gets a little stained from roasting things. I wash it out well, rinse and then use a tablespoon of bleach in warm water to soak for awhile. Looks new after.Not being an experienced cast iron person, I do worry about any rust getting started. To be extra sure, I always put the lid a warm oven after it's washed and dried just to make sure if water got down around the screw for the lid handle, it won't sit in there.
