Identical to another Amazon device for 1/2 of the $ that I purchased a couple of days prior on Amazon since they informed me that this order was not going to be delivered, ie lost or stolen and was promptly notified that my only option was a refund. Additionally when I did receive it despite being placed in the queue for a refund, I noticed a crunchy grinding feel and sound when extending out the 4 accessory blades. Oil coating on it everywhere also

I bought this as one of many gifts for my husband for upcoming anniversary and I opened it to make sure that it arrived intact and it was what I needed it to be. When I pulled the tool out of the case and it’s plastic wrap there was a stick looking thing stuck to the plastic so I looked into the fabric black case that it came in to find a giant roach.

Just got it and opened it. The tool itself looks good and feels heavy and sturdy. However it’s covered in oil, motor oil I’m guessing as it smells just like that. If it’s new I’m not sure why it’d have oil on it.
