Motormax 112 Die-Cast 2004 Mercedez-Benz SLR McLaren

Llego mucho antes de lo esperado, lo tome a un muy buen precio, esta bastante bien detallado, y el empaquetado de fabrica también muy bueno. Si te estas preguntando si le caben figuras tipo SH figuarts, figma o Marvel legends, la respuesta es no, bueno depende la figura, pero una de tamaño standard, no cabe o entra muuuuy justo.

Sent some photos of this car against an outdoor background out to friends and at least 2 of them thought it was a real full-size car. So nice detailing. I needed a 1:12 size car for a teardrop trailer diorama I'm building and most cars at that scale are around $200 and aimed at model car collectors. Found this car and read the other reviews. Ordered and the detailing of the car is fantastic. The box it was delivered in was damaged but there was enough padding that the car itself was not damaged. The tissue paper it was wrapped in stuck to the paint job. I removed it with vinegar and cotton swabs and the damage to the silver finish isn't really noticeable. It was exactly what I needed and the trunk even opens.

I have a sizable collection of diecast cars including models made by CMC, AUTOart, Hot Wheels, Bburago, Maisto, Yat Ming, Motormax and others. This 1/12 scale Mercedes Mclaren SLR is truly gorgeous and very well made. The finishings, level of detail, paint quality and functionality are what you would expect to see on much more expensive models and is not too far off from of an AUTOart mode which would cost in the neighborhood of $500 in this scale. For the money this model is a steal and displays really well. You will find a lot of subtle detailing on this that you would normally only see on upscale/pricey models, for example it has actual mesh in the front bumper and valve stems on the wheels the air break on the trunk actually comes up and the seatbelt buckles are painted silver. This model has exceeded my expectations more than any other model car I've bought to date it would be well worth it at $250At $58 it's a steal, wish I could give it 6 stars.

For the price, this thing is huge! Only thing is that I wish the hood and trunk can stay up so you can display it that way. Other than that this die cast is extremely detailed and worth the price!
