Happy with purchase. Fits and works great.
The installment was effortless easy to install in my HP laptop Model #15-DF0013DX. Batteries works good since I installed week a go holding power as new batteries. The outside case of the batteries is not as shown as pictured on listings. Batteries is brand new generic of HP L29148-005.

Died within a week - excellent customer service
Followed the directions to discharge the battery first, then to charge. Never charged back up. Troubleshot all the connections and still dead. Thought maybe it was my computer. Ordered a battery from HP via Walmart and it worked. Customer service from this seller was excellent and supportive anyhow.

Defective and it’s replacement was as well.
Thought I was getting a new battery, instead these are reconditioned ones. Both that I received did not charge and diagnostics said they had blown fuses.
