Product is good but
It is not compatible straight out of the box. Our printer did not recognize it at first. After doing some research and watching some videos, turns out we have to leave the old cartridge in the printer for 10 minutes, and then put this one in. Then it works.But once it works it's good

Terrific Toner Cartridge
Works like a dream. Fitted in printer no problems and produced excellent quality printing from the first page. Why pay OEM prices when you can get these at a fraction on the price. Will buy again when this one runs out…
