AmAzing life changing and awesome
Oh my goodness this is the best thing ever! I put it under my carpet on a concrete floor in my apartment and it is so warm and luxurious! It has literally changed my life, now I can do yoga on the floor and still be warm. My cat loves it too

Perfect for new parents
We are so pleased to have our new hot carpet. We separately purchased some rubber matting to go underneath to prevent slippage and separately purchased a mat to go overtop of it.We love the option to have half of it hot or all of it hot and also love the sliding adjustment bar for desired heat. Perfect for us to cozy up with our babies on the floor this winter!

Aaaaah toasty toes! Just in time for the -17 weather, this fits perfectly in between our sofa and coffee table, keeping our feet warm.. Even Fred our dog thinks it is great. The only downside is the large thick control box that IMHO could be fitted to the wall end of the power cable. To get it to sit under our carpet I had to cut a hole in the carpet under the sofa!

Heats up quickly and evenly and is very warm. It would be better if the bulky control panel was not attached to the pad itself....should be connected to the pad by a wire so as not to create a big bump under the rug.

I love it, but a few drawbacks.
Today I got my first electric bill using this and was delighted that I had actually used less energy than November last year, in spite of the fact that it was colder. I think it's because I can sit with my feet on the carpet and be warm, so I'm less likely to push my thermostat up a few degrees. I've always suffered from miserably cold feet, and so far I haven't. And the cat loves it.The drawbacks: I had an IKEA rug on it that was made of artificial fibers. The heat from the warmer released something from the carpeting into the air that gave me headaches, a cough, and eventually a nosebleed. I went and bought a (cheap and thin) wool carpet and haven't suffered since...natural fibers are better. Heating artificial fibers releases chemicals in the air.Another drawback: I couldn't find a rug that was the 70x70 size. My rug is about two inches shorter on one side. It seems that 70X70 is not a standard size.I would prefer that it didn't shut off automatically after 6 hours.
