Red and Blue? Nope, Green and Blue.
My understanding of the description was that one pair would be red and the other blue. So I ordered them for my son for school. Since his favorite color is red. When I received them in the mail 1 pair was green and the other was blue. I was upset at first but when I explained to my son that unfortunately they didn't send the right colors, he was understanding and decided on the blue scissors for school. (He's 5.) So I gave 4 stars for the description being inaccurate about colors, but they were pointed scissors and that's what the school wanted.
