They’re great. Very thick. Stains easily. Appreciate the drying rack or I’d be stumped on how to dry properly. In the freezer, definitely made the food taste freezer burnt so I wouldn’t recommend for that. But refrigerator or counter use is great. Very sturdy. Great price for what you get

I have a counter top ice maker and was looking for a plastic-free storage option for ice. These silicone bags store the ice and are durable enough for me to hit them on the counter to break up the ice. They can go in the dishwasher for storage. The plastic sealing strip that goes across the top is easy to take on and off, especially when the bag has been in the freezer.

I love these bags and have the 1/2 gallon and 1 quart versions as well. These gallon bags are very sturdy and look to be durable. They're so sturdy, that it became a problem.The only problem, and why I'm returning them is because they are too big for my drawer freezer. They're too wide and tall to fit flattened food in vertically in my lower freezer compartments under the higher drawer, where I store a lot of my food prep. Because of their sturdy nature, I also cannot squish or fold them easily like the disposable ziploc bags.If you have a big freezer or plan to use them for other purposes, I think these would be effective at storing gallons of stuff at a time.

The bags are fantastic and worth every penny. Some people complained that the plastic slider is difficult to remove, but I only found that to be the case if it was in the freezer. A quick pass through warm water fixes it beautifully and it slides right off and on again.The bag holder for filling the bags is too small for this size and therefore useless. It's not especially sturdy, either. I did find it useful for smaller silicone bags from this company, though. I wish it was more sturdy. I'm still giving the bags a 5 star review though since the bag holder is listed as a free gift.

This review is a mixed bag (sorry). The weight of the bags is heavy duty. They feel like they'll last for ages. They do stick together, but it's not too hard to peel them open. The slide closure can be a little awkward, but not bad, and haven't leaked so far. They don't work in my dishwasher (flop over), so I have to hand wash.The stand is another matter... I'm glad it was a bonus. If WeeSprout made a sturdier, heavier stand that extended up enough to fit the gallon bags, I would buy one. The idea is great, but too short and way too flimsy to be useful.

I love these bags, I use them for ice storage. They are thick, come with a bag holder for filling, and have a slider attachment not zip top style closure. I like the slider style closure because I know the zipper won’t pop open in the freezer and spill all of the ice. Thickness of the bags are good, flexible, durable, and not too thick where they are difficult to fit food. And the price is very reasonable. My new favorite silicone food storage bags.

Big silicone bags at a reasonable price. Yay.Unfortunately the bags are not leak proof per se. If one fills the bags up with liquid and then seal them, the bags leak through the top seal as the bag squats down. However in going back in looking at the bag, there is a max fill level marked on the bag. Unfortunately the max fill line is hard to see and I don't believe there is anything in the documentation saying that one should only fill to ~80%.With the caveat that the bags should only be filled to the max fill line, I would recommend these bags to family and friends.
