Colour Mill Oil-Based Food Coloring, 20 Milliliters Emerald

This food coloring does not add any flavor to the chocolate which is great.I'd say the color is pretty accurate and you can intensify or tone down the color depending how many drops of coloring you use.In my picture, I used pastel yellow, baby blue, and sky blue was used fpr the "baby" & pacifiers that show.The food coloring bottles are super tiny for the price, but they get the job done and it doesn't take alot of drops to make the colors. Overall, I'm happy and pleased with the outcome. I still have about half the bottles left filled w food coloring still, and I made tons and tons of sweets so Overall the product lasts since each drop is so pigmented and doesnt take alot. I would definitely order this brand of food coloring again

I was so happy I could color the melting chocolate with them. Made my life easier than using the colored chocolate melts!!

This brand seems to have a monopoly on light blue I couldn't find light blue anywhere else but I needed it. It takes quite a lot of this very small bottle, which was more expensive than another brands with 4X the size but in a different color, to create the light blue and not just off-white or grey. Luckily this was enough to do at least 20 chocolate covered oreos. Theres still some left in the bottle but it took twice the amount of drops as the other brand to build its color up to the same vibrancy so I got worried I'd run out.The blue it does make though is a very nice baby blue. I didnt notice a taste and though I got it on my hands and if I'm not mistaken a towel, it didn't dye or at least didn't dye quick enough for me to be stained. I don't quite understand the price for a bottle of dye as big as my thumbnail but if youre gonna make the shades other companies wont I guess you can charge whatever you want

Best food coloring I’ve used this far , the only thing I didn’t like was the bottles are messy but other than that the colors are great ! And vibrant and doesn’t change taste of buttercream

The colors are great. However, it is not as thick as other gel colors I have used. I found that is caused my royal icing to be thinner than I would have liked, especially for writing.
