The perfect gift for when you feel helpless when someone is alone or ill or both. It's meant to be a comforting blanket and I hope that it is. It takes a while to arrive but it does get a message across, and is silky and washes well. The gift package is lovely, and the card that goes with it is a nice touch. I'm sure I will buy it again.

I was the recipient of a BlankieGram “hug” blanket in May 2020 and I love it so much that I ordered one for the birthday of a 99 year old friend. I couldn’t think of a sweeter gift than wrapping her with hugs. I received my blanket on Mother’s Day 2020. My daughter and son in law were discussing gifts for the mothers. My son in law said, “we can give them a hug” to which my daughter replied, “ we can’t even do that this year!” because of COVID-19 precautions. My daughter got on Amazon and searched for “hug gifts” and I received the most special gift of the purple hug blanket. It is so soft and warm but lightweight enough to use year round. My 99 year old friend loved hers and everyone wanted to know where I found it. It is a very beautiful, good quality blanket. I’ve washed mine several times and it still looks new. It is a beautiful, cherished gift.

I received a Hugs Blankie as a gift after having surgery 3 months ago. I was so touched by the thoughtfulness of my friend. The blanket is so soft, warm, and beautiful. The words on the blanket continue to remind me of the kindness with which it was sent. To date, I have purchased six BlankieGram blankies with different wording (Hugs, 2 Healing, Bravery, and 2 You are Awesome) depending on the recipient to give to special people in my life. I plan on buying a couple more soon, but just trying to decide which ones. I love flowers, but these Blankies are more durable and will serve as a reminder for a long time to come. I love the bag that they come in too.

This is THE most perfect gift to send or receive. The wording on the blankets and the messages of support and love are simply inexplicable. I have sent many of these various different blankets to the people I care about, who are ill or needing support in one way or another...or even for birthday gifts! The recipients are always so touched, grateful and have enjoyed them so much. The blankets are so incredibly soft and comfortable. They are the perfect gift to send when words can not express all of the emotions we feel but instead, literally wrap people up in comfort, love, healing wishes and support. A genius idea!

This was given as a gift and the recipient was thrilled. Loved the texture, wording etc. My only complaint was the cost which was double what the website of provider was in the US. Would have ordered directly but they were not shipping out of country.

It is a scam. Advertised product by Blankiegram Hugs Blanket is completely different from a delivered one. In reality it is a very small, thin, very poor quality material. What a shame and disappointment. The company refuses a full refund.
