Great Value for the Money
I looked locally for rocket launchers. The cheapest I could find was $1,000 and up. I just needed a place to get rods out of the way while fishing. It works perfect for that use. I don't intend to hang on it to do pull ups. It is more than strong enough for people to hold on to while the boat is moving. Plus it stops them from holding onto my canvas. I'm very satisfied with the product. I would say it is a two person job to install but it only took a couple of hours. We used a pipe cutter to make our cuts. I wouldn't try to cut the pipe with a hack saw. Also, it was easy to take down when I put on my boat cover.

Fun kit with few minor flaws.
it is good for the money. But the bends should had been at least a foot away from the ends. The tube seemed to be squeezed and made the connecting tubes very difficult to install. It took a lot of sanding. The plastic end connectors were the biggest nuisance. They had to be sanded to be incerted completely. That took a lot of time. The tube is of quality aluminum, but cutting it with a saw is not the best way. I used a table saw that cut straight and vertical.Over all, the kit is good, i had fun building it, and i modified it from a powerboat fishing rod holder to a sailboat arch. It takes little time to do it, but not difficult. The delivery was flawed. It took over a month and several emails to the vendor. To improve the kit, needs more substancial foot mounts made of stainless better yet of similar aluminum alloy, as aluminum and stainless do not pair well. The a bit extra cost will make the whole assembly look great.Yes... i recommend it. Fun kit.

Incredible value nice finished look. Have a few extra screws ready.
Excellent value. The finished look is sweet and beguiles a much higher prices arch. Fit perfectly on my 2015 Sun Tracker fishn’ barge 24dlx. It was a factory match for the width on my rails. I was short a few of the non-self tapping stainless screws but had some spare on board. I used a rubber mallet to help seat some of the pipe connectors. Essentially, you kind of test fit everything together, cut the top supports to your desired width (in my case I cut nothing) and then drill and run the screws in. The rod holders are plastic but have a nice finish. Those you do not pre drill, the provided self tappers easily chewed into the aluminum. You’ll need some rope and rigging know how if you’re trying to do the final mounting yourself as I was. If I had a buddy, would have been a total breeze. My recommendation is to have a friend help support and hold the assembled rack in place when marking, drilling, and mounting the final parts to your boat. The drill bit I used for pilot holes was a 9/64th.

amazing package for the price
This thing is a pain in the butt to fit pieces together. Took 30minutes to an hour of using a knife to slowly wittle the plastic down to fit inside the aluminum tubes. But once this was done it was a near perfect water tight fit. The setup looks professional and I have gotten alot of compliments at the dock off of it.The best part is its easily adjustable to fit your boat depending on how tall or wide you want the rack due to its modularity. It is a two person install once you get ready to bolt it to your boat. after assembling rack drill and screw everything together except the rod holders. spread them evenly and let them sit loosely on the rack until after you have the rack attached to the boat. I recommend you have one person hold the rack in the position you want. mark the rear swivel mounts, unattached the lower section and drill/bolt in place. then reattach, mark forward mount, again remove then drill/bolt in place. this will give you a good fit and you can tighten everything up with the rod holders once you screw them in place. put all of your rods on the rack and see were they sit so you have proper spacing between them.Once installed this looks like a rack several times the price and only you will know the rod holders are plastic, if have the rack filled with heavy rods while running through rough waters and I didn't notice any significant flexing/cracking.

Inexpensive and will do the job well
Great fishing rod stand, even though lightweight very sturdy. We connected it to the Oceansouth bimini centerconsole top and it does wonders. We also purchased the Oceansouth Bimini extention kit and it works marvelous. Pure delight for a small price.

Decent for the money
Decent product not super high quality, rod holders are plastic I find it a little flimsy out of the box will be adding additional support to stand up to the pacific north west environment would have liked to see a little less plastic but overall I’m happy will see how it holds up.
