These are very good Fiber Vitamins. The taste is semi sweet, and really does taste like a mild candy. The fiber element is just enough to kick start digestion, and I don't get a stomachache like with other fiber vitamins. I have also noticed that my stomach has started to flatten out steadily over the past three days, which is great news if you want help losing weight. One thing I would say in the negative about these are, they do make a person crave water on a fairly frequent bases. 3 pills a day 5 g of fiber sugar is a little high at 3 grams there are other fibers only 1 gram of sugar. And sodium 10mg. I have eaten a lot of driver many brands never I have seen sodium as an ingredient. It's ok I guess tasted good. But I'll know more after using it more. Only first dosage.

I brought this product because I'm having conception problems. I was told to eat more fiber. This product did not do anything for me. It did not work for me at all. If you need to release gas, then this is the product for you. Sometimes its good to read the comments. I would not buy this product again. No way no how I'm buying this again . Waste of money.

Not too sweet and not too chewy, which for me is good! I like not having a gummy dissolve immediately. They taste a little, weird, however. Just a different flavor from the typical “strawberry, orange, lemon” flavors.

For the price, it is a bit much for 20 days worth of gummies. Maybe add more to make it a full 3 day supply. Also, it did work a little, make on flatulent. Tastes just like candy though, but seriously make it a full 30 day supply instead of 20.

I like the flavor and they aren't too chewy, so they don't stick in my teeth like some gummies, do. To me, it's a bonus that they are gelatin-free. So I *think* they are vegetarian. They are also naturally colored instead of using artificial dyes!
