FramesiColor Lover Smooth Shine Conditioner, Sulfate Free Conditioner with Coconut Oil and Quinoa, Color Treated Hair

Before purchasing this product, I saw several reviews that the pump doesn't work. So, I thought, probably just a fluke. Well, the pump dispenser for the product is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! How is it that I can pay $23.00 for a conditioner, but Framesi can't design a $1.00 dispenser. It can't be that difficult! Do the right thing Frames, listen to the reviews and put a proper dispense on this product. And, send the dispenser to all the people who have purchased this and can't properly get the product out of the bottle! Jeez!!! I haven't decided if I will return this or not. Maybe I can find some type of solution myself. If not, it goes back.

The conditioner inside the container works fine. However, the plastic bottle has a broken pump which makes the product hard and annoying to use. This product was too expensive not to have a working container. The manufacturer needs to fix the design of the pump. I will think twice before purchasing again.

This brand is the best shampoo/conditioner I've ever used. My hair is much more healthy and shiny than ever before. I used to have a lot of problems with fizziness on my hair (which I don't even have any dye on) but ever since using this product, my hair is much healthier and shinier. Highly recommend!

Nice conditioner, not too heavy and works pretty well on my thick, coarse hair. Scent is okay. Only complaint is that the pump on the bottle does not work so it is not easy to use. Removing the top to use it in the shower is annoying and I usually end up pouring out more product than I need.

I have to say, I've used this for quite some time and thought it was wonderful until I tried a much cheaper product. Although it smells really nice, it's just not worth it for the price.

This is the second time i bought this utem from this seller and the pump doesnt work. Sooo annoying!! Great product but seller stinks.

Great moisturizing product. Does NOT smell good, and it is so thick that the pump dispenser does not work. Have to unscrew top completely and pour out.

The bottle pump doesn't work at all. Very disappointed with a purchase. Do not recommend to buy it!
