The Rada Cutlery Anthem Wave Series 8-Inch Bread Knife is a must-have for anyone that likes baking homemade bread and cakes. Regular knives will crush and smash bread when you go to slice it. The small serrated edge on this bread knife will effortlessly cut through even the softest loaves like they’re a soft stick of butter. It’s designed with a larger, ergonomic handle that has a slight curve providing an unmatched, comfortable grip. There’s also a non-slip finger guard at the bottom of the handle for added safety. The blade is made from surgical-grade, high carbon stainless steel with a beautiful matte finish. Clean up time will be a little easier with this kitchen utensil. The handle is made of a black resin that is dishwasher tolerant. Please note: Hand washing all fine cutlery is recommended to prevent microscopic dings on the blades’ cutting edge and prevent corrosion. Rada Mfg. Co. is located in Waverly, Iowa and has been manufacturing cutlery, kitchen utensils, cookware, and more in the USA since 1948. Our mission is all about “providing our customers the best value of kitchen knives for their dollar. ”

This knife does the job perfectly. We make our own bread and it is exactly what we needed.

Great Value
I've had a small Rada chef knife for about 4 years, I paid around $10 for it and it's the best knife I have ever owned in my 80 years and even after owning much more expensive knives. The new bread knife is just as good and what's more they're made in the good old USA. I highly recommend.

Great Quality
This bread knife is solid, no possibility of the blade bending when cutting. Cuts through a solid crusty loaf of bread like it is butter. Hand grip is comfortable. Easy to clean. Would definitely recommend: worth the bit extra for the quality, and like that it is made in USA.

We needed a new bread knife and wanted to buy one made in the USA - does a great job on the bread too!

Not for me
This knife was not sharp enough to cut bread and the teeth seem to be pointed the wrong way.
