This dress is too cute! The flower band arrived a little squished, but it's really soft and stretchy. The size is great. My girl is 14 months and I got the one that measured 28 + inches. It's a bit rough to the touch and I'm not sure if a wash will help soften it, so we'll see. It does advise to hand wash and hang dry. The inside has a liner and it's only see through near the very bottom hem.

The material isn’t stretchy but it fit my baby who weighs 16lbs. She isn’t even 6 months old yet. The dress was a bit short, and I had to keep pulling it down the entire time. The headband was missing which is why I ducking down a star.
