I don't usually leave reviews on Amazon but am really impressed with this coffee pot: firstly, the item is beautifully crafted, exactly as show on the pictures and described. Secondly, the item arrived with a small packet of genuine Turkish coffee to try and a small wooden spoon: I really appreciate that. Thirdly, there is an attached QR code that can be scanned to view a video how the item was handcrafted in Turkey. Last but not least, there is a sheet with instruction on what to do to claim a refund or request a new item in case the item arrives damaged: great customer service! (the item arrived flawless).I initially ordered a cheaper cezve pot for £10 from a different supplier: had to bin it, arrived very poorly made with the brass not properly coated inside. This one is perfectly crafted and worth the extra money!

Good that there was a video to follow, will have to practice to acquire my taste.

Fabulous quality and craftsmanship. Even nicer in reality,than it looks in the photographs. Would buy again.

I served Turkish coffee to round off a Mediterranean lunch. the cezve was too small to serve all guests at once, but it was a great success.

i am very fond of Greek coffee and this Briki does the job
