I hate these. The shipping packaging was fine but they crack spontaneously. I think they’re cracking from the inside in the layer between the inner and outer plastic because I can’t I actually feel the crack with my finger. No rough handling, just moving from the shipping box to the table, I’m scared to even pull out the rest. I wanted to decorate and sell these at an event this weekend but I want repeat customers, no way am I going to sell these. I can’t even salvage the ones I started decorating as displays because the cracks are so noticeable, wouldn’t exactly instill confidence in my customers. I’m not sure if it’s this brand specifically or just the nature of these plastic double walled tumblers, guess they’re not for me.

i bought these to put vinyl on and give as gifts. i made one for myself with my sons school logo and it has already cracked and i'm not sure why. i have a bunch of these cups from other sellers that i use every day and i've never had a problem.

4 of the 12 tumblers arrived with cracks down the sides and cannot be used. I have left a message for the seller and am awaiting a reply as to how they will replace the tumblers. I will up date after I hear back from the seller.Other that the cracked ones, they are bright and look nice. The grand kids can all have their own color cup to have by the pool and they don't get mixed up and drink out of the wrong cup.

3 out of the 12 cups came with large cracks although the box was in perfect condition from the outside. The cups that weren't broken were great just wish the complete set would have been intact because I needed all 12 as party favors and had to scramble to get replacements at the last minute

I just got a cricut and personalizing these cups was my first project. Love the variety. Perfect size for kid or adult.

Every lid on every cup was either broken or cracked. Very disappointed.

I ordered these for Easter 2021. My kids and my nieces have been using them since. We’ve had no issues with them. I added Easter related vinyl to them and I have just ordered another set for all of the kids for Christmas. I would recommend these for anyone with children. These are easy to use and easy to clean.

Love this cups! I ordered them for y son’s 7th birthday. I put candy inside the cups and it work out perfect better than regular goodie bags. Kids and adults love them. I did had like 2-3 that came with a cracked so If your ordering them make sure you order extras just in case.

Excellent product but arrived damaged and Amazon refused to replace or part refund. Do not buy if for small business use outside US, or be prepared to send the entire box back and get refunded IF the items are in good condition when they get back to Amazon.
