Rory's Story Cubes: Dr. Who (Peg)

I’m am somewhat of a geek when it comes to Doctor Who…officially known as a Whovian so when I saw these I knew I had to have them…not to play with of course…just to look pretty with all the other unopened stuff so I can stare at them grinning happily like the geek I am 🤷‍♀️

This box of Story Cubes is perfect for fans of Batman in any age. The cubes are nicely made with many iconic heroes and places. I love to play it with other Story Cubes as I found it easier to come up with a proper, longer story. Very well made. It has a travel black box for your cubes, which is perfect for transport.

I bought this as a stocking filler for my Batman obsessed son. I wasn’t really sure what to expect and thought he would loose them very quickly. However he has kept them in the box and puts in his school bag as we do use this during the day during homeschooling sessions! The cubes are great and really get his imagination flowing with the countless combinations that you can get! He really enjoys story cube time.

These are deceptively simple, cubes with symbols on that represent something from the batman story, or an action movie (all the usual batman characters, but also things like jail, a secret passage, a chandelier etc). Roll the dice and make up a story that includes all the pictures. We have the regular version of these too, and can combine both packs easily. My 4 year old and 7 year old love this game, and will play it for ages. This is fast becoming a firm family favourite!

My son has a few sets of these story cubes, so this Doctor Who set was a big winner!He’s already been using them to create new Doctor Who adventures and mixing them with other sets.Great gift idea, and a super way to get kids using their imagination.
