Hi, can somebody please tell me why there are two ground (gnd) terminals? sorry. newbie here

I'm looking to use thermocoupler output signal to operate 12v pump at variable speeds for water injection on a diesel truck. Do you have any ideas?

I would like to use these in a 12v system with an output of 0-5v do I need a different input voltage to get 0-5v output?
