61 cm head ,ordered a 61/62 cm hat and it fits perfectly. made of tough material and is pretty much waterproof out of the box.bought this for a work hat but it's too nice for that ! very fast delivery and a great product make this a bargain.no more cheap hats for me.

Great cap rather tight fit for my usual XL size.Fixed by soaking in warm water. Carfully pull tight over plastic food box. Leave to dry perfect fit. Now correct XL fit.
