Great suit. Very pretty in person, more so than captured in photo. Great tankini coverage. I took photos with measurements of the size 14. My daughter is an average sized girl who just turned 9 and is 74 lbs, 4’ 2”. She’s not a big girl, she’s still in 7/8 clothes! I was going to order size 10 suit but because I read these reviews, I went up two sizes as others suggested. Crazy suggestion but it’s TRUE. Thanks for the heads up! She loves this suit. [Also, no issue with the crotch being cut too skinny as I saw in one review for this company. That must have been a dud suit.]

It’s on the smaller end for sure. We ended up exchanging for a size up and it for but is a little snug. When my daughter tried this on the strap on the top came off immediately and upon inspecting it I realized they are BARELY stitched on in the back. Luckily I can fix it, and didn’t want to hassle with trying to exchange again, but I was a bit disappointed in that. It’s super cute and the bottoms seem well made.

this is my daughter's second swimsuit from this company. well-made, great quality, but they run small. i ordered up a size (she wears a five in most of her clothes at the moment) - and got a six for my skinny five year old - and we will be lucky if we make it through the summer with it. i should have gotten her a seven. as it is a swimsuit i can't exchange it, so we are stuck with it for now. she does have a long torso, which is one reason we always get her tankinis (the other is that it's easier for her to go to the bathroom without assistance).also bummed that the price went down several dollars AFTER i ordered it, lol...

This fit as expected because I read the reviews and ordered a size up. My niece is very petite and - well, she's a skinny gal LOL. So, normally we can order a size 10 for her (she's 11) and it fits with room to spare. This one - I ordered a size 12 and it fit perfectly. The top is not a long tankini top though. At first I thought it was too small for her - but everything fit everywhere just fine. It is just a shorter tankini top. So, if you are buying for a child you want to have her stomach covered - this won't do. Otherwise, it's a beautiful swimsuit, bright colors. I bought her 2 swimsuits for her birthday and this is the one she immediately honed in and was in the pool a few minutes later. Just remember to order a size up if your kiddo is not petite and on the slim side.

Great adorable little suit. My recently turned four year old is 34 pounds and about 38 inches tall. I ordered her a size 4 and it fits great.

Cute suit print and decent material. The bottoms fit as expected. The top was incredibly short. Much shorter than a typical tankini. My daughter is fairly average sized and doesn't have a long torso. We actually thought maybe the top was a different size. Just a strange fit. It's a shame because it's a cute suit.

Super cute swimsuit! Our toddler picked the design she liked best and I was “ordering up” a size since her 3t swimsuit was too small. We got the 4t tankini, and it’s a tight fit. Hopefully it lasts her the summer. There’s not much difference in the size chart between 4t and 4 (which I didn’t check or think to check since we aren’t in 4t clothes yet even). So double check the size charts, and maybe order the next size up from what you’d get normally (or what you’re planning for). Other than that, it’s a great price for a cute swimsuit!

We have a tall, slim girl whose one piece suit rode up too much. If you do too and are thinking a tankini will solve the issue, this one won't. The bottom is a skimpy bikini, and the top is short enough to leave a 6" gap (size 12), so the visual effect is just odd. She is not uncomfortable in it, but it is not a flattering look. It might look great on a girl who is shorter for her size. The colors are beautiful, complimentary, and summery.
