I have plantar fasciitis, which I believe is pretty common. These inserts have helped so much. I have only had them for a few days, and already I have relief. Highly recommend these inserts. Mary

Decided to try these instead of the 10Seconds Arch 3810 supports I had been using as they appeared to be quite similar and better priced. I was pleased opening the package as they do seem quite similar BUT...in use I found them well made and more "cushiony" than the 3810s...but not as good for supporting the feet laterally. The other thing is that they sqeak continuously when walking in my sneakers. You can't "sneak" up on anyone with these! I would use baby talcum powder to temporarily fix this issue, These might be just fine for some other folks as they are well built, give good support and comfort for walking,,,but they were just a bit less stable than I need and have been used to...and they're a good value compared to other brands with similar construction.

I love the way my feet do not hurt throughout the day when I wear these inserts in my shoes. I do have such a high arch that when I insert the support in my shoes, I have to get shoes 2 sizes larger for my feet to feel fully comfortable. It is worth it for me though.

Omg it you have terrible foot problems like I do you will have so much relief when you use these!!!

I started having Plantar issues and the custom inserts are insanely expensive. Thought I would try these inserts first. Here are my thoughts:The Good:-Easy to insert and do fit correct to size-Support for the arch is DEFINATELY there-Reasonably priced so you can get a set for different pairs of shoes instead of swapping constantly-I credit them with some mild relief but mostly not exacerbating the condition when on your feet a lotThe Bad:-They creak, no sneaking up on anyone and awkward in quiet rooms-They are super high and force your foot to supinate, I have actually turned my foot sideways in a shoe walking up a hill, uncomfortable sometimes and potentially dangerous-Not an instant relief. From what I understand not much is when it comes to Plantar issues, but they won't change your world. I do think they help from aggravating the condition when on your feet for long periods.

I have plantar fasciitis in both of my feet.. these shoe insoles literally made the biggest difference in my life!! Literally a lifesaver!!

These insoles were not what I was looking for, they are too tough for me and feel similar to my Chacos. They did not provide me with the comfort that I need but if you are looking for strong support then these are for you!

Die Schuhgrößen sind großzügig bemessen, aber per Schere einkürzbar. Eine Haltungsanpassung (evtl sogar besserung) ist locker denkbar, kann aber auch nur Einbildung sein. Jedenfalls wertet es die Einlagen billiger Schuhe auf. Werde mir für mehrere Winterschuhe diese Einlagen kaufen.

Zum Joggen oder ganz einfach laufen da sind sie sehr angenehm

Passen bestens nach dem Zuschnitt und stützt gut ab .Daumen hoch
