Lighthouse Hardcover Stamp Album Stockbook With 64 Black Pages, Red, LS4/32

The album arrived here quickly with good packaging. No damages. It looks and feels the same as the ones I bought years ago. The old ones say "Made in Germany" in the back. The new one doesn't. So I assume it is now made in China. A side by side blind comparison: the covers on the old ones feel smoother and plusher, even though they are both paper. The pocket strips in the old ones are smoother while in the new one, few (not many, just some) of the strips have wrinkles near the edges. I don't think that will affect how the stamps are kept. Just an observation. They seem to be the same but not quite. Hope this helps.

Excellent product for my philatelic hobby

A great, sturdy book with lots of storage for lots of stamps.

My philatelist loves them! Definitely my fall back gift on any and ever occasion.

The corner of the album came bent, likely permanent damage. I think the packaging could definitely be improved to protect the more vulnerable corners of the book.I bought this stamp album to expand my stamp collection and the pockets are the most shallow, with the most rows of any stamp book I've seen. While you can store more stamps, larger stamps cannot be on the first row on any page. And this makes it so that you have to position the stamps so that none are covered by the larger stamps. This is an adjustment for me, but I'll see if I can get used to it.

my dad likes to collect stamps and always looking for good books. these are very well made and high quality and compete with others he bought for $50. we'll be getting these from now on.

Great quality fits a lot of stamps dad is very happy with it. I could really care less about this album since it was for my dad but wanted to write a review because the customer service from the seller was outstanding. Edith resent another album after there was some shipping issue the first time around. No hassle whatsoever emailed her once and she immediately volunteered to send another one. What a great American. So yea get this it's great and whatever.
