I've been using Kyolic Candida formula capsules for two years. When I went to reorder I mistakenly got the tablets which smell quite bad and turned my stomach. So decided to exchange those and try the cardiovasular formula because I have high cholesterol and battling. Got them fast hence the good rating. Took them the same day and ended up having an allergic reaction an hour later. Amazon was good about refunding me. Come to find our the Lecithin in this is soy based and those with peanut allergies like I have can have an allergic reaction to them. Wanted people to know that this is a good seller and the product is great, but not for those with nut allergies.

Received on time and packaged properly. Have only been taking it for a short time on recommendation of a 90 year old friend. His blood pressure is under 100 and his cardiologistalso takes it, so I'm quite sure it will work for me. I expect to see an improved cholesterol number on my next blood test.

After taking this for 6 months, my lipid test became a normal first time in my life. the numbers of test tell every thing.Before taking Garlic Extract: my cholesterol, total 216; HDL 47; LDL 144, Triglycerides 126.After taking Garlic Extract: my cholesterol, total 161; HDL 50; LDL 87, Triglycerides 121.Look like it mostly affects cholesterol, total and LDL.

I read a report on a government website that Kyolic was found lower blood pressure after over 6 weeks of use.My BP went from 150 to 121. I've used several things that could have helped but I can't say for sure that these did or didn't help for now.I took these for 5 months and my BP dropped nicely.I need to go without BP meds for a few days and see how it works out
