Works well for the kids Funtainers - just make sure you push it up into the straw spout enough. I think I actually push the end that doesn't have the ridge.I was hoping to use it for the Elk and Friends stainless steel cups, and we do, but it's a bit short - I still use it for the Elk and Friends cups regardless because it's better than using the silicone ones imo. Obviously it wasn't meant for that so understandable! Still works for it!

The whole reason why we got Funtainers years ago is to minimise plastic. I don't understand why the straw is plastic. You can really taste the plastic - can't be good! Well, problem be gone with these. They work perfectly! Zero issues. I just wish we got them years ago, but glad to have them now. Our daughter really notices how much better the water tastes!

My kids prefer drinking though straws, I got sick of wasting plastic on disposable straws. When I gave them the plastic straws that came with their thermoses they bit them and cracked them so much they were unusable. These replacement straws are perfect. They fit their thermos bottles perfectly. They are not so tall that they tip over little kid cups but are tall enough to be comfortable to use. They are wide enough to drink a smoothie through but not too wide to comfortably drink water or milk through. They go in the dishwasher. Really couldn't ask for more, perfect product.

I don't understand why companies make stainless steel bottles and pair them with plastic straws. Thank you, Mason Jar Lifestyle for saving the day! Not only are these steel straws better for my kids and the environment and easy to clean, they last longer! The plastic straws that come with the Thermos Funtainers chip away at the ends or get deformed with use (and kids chewing). However, these stainless steel straws don't chip nor deform and deter kiddo chewing. Great value! I use the straw brush to quickly clean the inside of the straws, rinse the inside of the straws, then toss them in the stainless steel chopstick holder for the dishwasher and let the dishwasher finish cleaning them.

I've bought at least 4 sets of these. They are *almost* a perfect fit for the 12 oz Thermos Funtainers. It's common for the straw to fall out of the silicone straw top, so I think the circumference could be a bit wider. I tried them in the Oxo 9 oz transition cups and they are about 0.5" too long. You can make it work, but it's not ideal.Otherwise, the quality is great. I love that they are not plastic and can go in the dishwasher. They come with a carrying pouch and a cleaning brush.
