A simple button control to set it to the level you feel comfortable at. The first time I tried this I found a little weird. I have heard about the muscle stimulator before, but I was skeptical about its result. I have tried this product for 2 weeks till now every day in parallel with doing my gym routine and my diet and I can tell it increases the muscle toning very fast. It doesn’t help for losing fat that much but it’s really great in keeping muscles toned and in a good shape. It hurts a little bit at first but you’ll get used to it after a couple times. I can take it anywhere without taking up too much space. These resistance bands provide an amazing way to shut down stadiums during a pandemic, thus shaping up during a pandemic. I can carry all the straps around and have a page of manuals telling you what exercises you can do for each muscle type. It's basic, but it helps me stay in shape.

Very good quality. This set of abs stimular bands is easy to use and you can actually feel the weights as you workout. The gel pads is so smooth which makes your workout more effective specially when you put multiple bands together. I LOVE the extender band. There are so many different ways you can use it (I’m impressed with that band since I’ve never seen it before). I would definitely recommend this product to all fitness lovers and beginners.
