I purchased these in silver and loved them so much I decided to buy the gold. They are a really deep gold color, too deep ... would have been much nicer if the color was lighter. The gold also does not fasten as easy as the silver, does not "click" in place like it's supposed to.

So far I have only tested them - they are very sturdy, and once locked they are quite strong. I am looking forward to putting them to all the varied uses I can think of! To date, pleased with the purchase.

Pretty solid for me. Better than a plain hook, and a better material than just string. Easy to clip together, but takes a little effort to undo them
