Lovely packaging - missing item
The item came in a lovely box which would have been a perfect gift if the pen wasn’t missing out of the centre. I advised them who then told me I can send the full item back or I can accept a £2 refund. This whole set is supposed to match so I was disappointed that they were unable to send me the pen out, if it’s not in the box, it has to be somewhere… glad I didn’t gift this to anyone
