Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush with Charging Base and Oral Care Kit

I have owned several of these brushes and LOVE how they work and clean! When one of the battery handles didn't keep its charge and I was slightly past the return date, they still sent me a free interim replacement until the new one was available. They sent that one proactively without my asking for it. AWESOME service beyond what you normally get!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

This is the second time we've purchased this toothbrush. My girlfriend uses it and really loves it, but it seems the rechargeable battery doesn't last very long. Used the first sample twice a day for 6 months with it on the charging base between uses and it just completely gave out in 6 months. Maybe we got a bad sample so we are giving it one more chance before switching to something else.

The 30 Second toothbrush is our favorite tooth brush. The brushes clean both top and bottom teeth at the same time. The timer stops at fifteen seconds so you can clean the other side your mouth. The holder keeps the toothbrush charged for readies. This toothbrush was developed by a cardiologist and has sold millions. There are two speeds to the brush...one slower than the other and there are both soft brushes and regular brushes. We love this toothbrush!!

I really wanted to love this toothbrush and it worked well, when it worked. The first time I took it with me on vacation about 2-weeks after I purchased it and I only had enough battery to brush my teeth once, the entire 3-day trip. I had to use it manually the other 2.5 days. Secondly, about a month after I had it, it started losing power and I could only brush for 15-seconds when I liked to run the cycle twice. Another week or two after that, the battery completely died. I'm using my Sonicare again. The plus side, the blue battery light on the front is sooo bright that I can see my way through most of my apt. at night. Too bad that energy won't stay in the toothbrush instead. I would prefer that.

This product is a good concept but poorly designed. After sale service is atrocious, when not if you have a problem including a warranty. I have three and they have never survived the warranty period. When calling to received service for an out of service complaint you are asked for your original receipt which is not issued when bought on Amazon. They are silent when one inquires why can't one just return the failed brush. The brush has no international stamina even when using the 110 outlet (different cycles?). Good idea but poor mechanical design and after sale service..

Love this. Only problem .. they don't last forever! This is now my 3rd in 5 years.

This is a replacement for the one I had years ago but lost in moving. Tried a couple other electric toothbrushes but came back to this one because it kept my teeth smoother longer than any other electric brush and has many new features than before.

This is the best oral care system ever. My teeth are super clean and gums in great shape after using this for the last four years. The downside is that the rechargeable battery only lasted 2 years and the battery version drained the batteries so fast that they only lasted a month at best. Now I'm about to buy my 3rd unit. So the cleaning technology is great but the simplest issue to resolve, which is a rechargable battery, is holding the product back. in the meantime, my husband's Oral B has lasted for more than 10 years with no sign of stopping. The solution? 30 Second Smile needs to be acquired by the makers of Oral B or Tesla for the best oral care system that lasts.
