not sure if I am experiencing any positive effects but I feel good taking this because I want to take care of my liver and skin. On second thought, may be I have been having less or near none yeast infection related itching since I started the milk thistle. I started out with a different company or brand because this brand (natural goal) which I wanted to get was out at the time. So I started out with milk thistle from Green Packs, which I think is good. both brands seem to have equal mgs of turmeric and silybum. I took the Green packs brand for 45 days and saw this Natural Goal brand available so switched to see if this works better or not. I don't see much difference. both pills color are same (yellow in capsule form). I take 2 caps twice a day (am and PM). After using the Green Packs brand for 3 weeks, I felt my skin looked tat-bit clearer but I have long ways to go.I was impressed by the Natural goal customer follow-up email explaining how to take it etc. anyway, it's a kind of supplement that one can't see much in a short amount of time, but to hope that it's working.

This product i cant say i had any issues when taking it. wanted to use it for a liver cleanse and i have used others in the past. I just felt better with this and after taking and felt it was doing it's job, more energy after taking for a few days and although i have never had liver issues i feel every now and then you should go the extra mile to cleanse it. So i would order this again.

I am writing to tell everyone about my results. I truly do believe this Milk Thistle Extract product has helped me out tremendously. We bought the milk thistle for my husband who has non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. He also has a redness on his forehead right at his hairline. He has already noticed an improvement in his skin condition and is hoping that his liver enzymes will improve with time.

I have been struggling with a gluten allergy for the last few years and in the past year, my symptoms became extreme. The most significant symptom for me is joint and muscle pain 24 hours after consumption. I bought this product on the advice of my nutritionist. I'm on a lot of medication for chronic migraines and my liver enzymes were starting to creep up over the past year and a half. Not a good thing. I'd been using the milk thistle for a only short time when I saw my internist and had my blood drawn: liver enzymes all normal. I can only attribute this to the addition of the milk thistle, I haven't made any other dietary changes. I'm very pleased!

Returned this item as it had contradictory information on the the label opposed to the actual site. I bought it as a liver cleanse and the website stated it could be used for such and was good for fatty liver, but upon receiving this product it says not to use if you have elevated cholesterol and the bottle states for use of fatty liver caused by alcohol which mine isn’t. I had reached out to the company just after ordering this product and they did not respond so I attempted to cancel this order within a few hours of ordering but was unable to do so. I had to return this at my own expense and I ordered another product which I’m much happier with.

I took 3 capsules a day for 5 days. It raised my blood pressure to 110/180. Made me almost dead. I want to return this used item. Definitely fatty liver will have high cholesterol. It has precautions that don’t use if you have high cholesterol. This is not mentioned in advertisement.

I was told my liver was enlarged fatty and my enzymes were out of whack. This was very disturbing to me. I bought this supplement and was on it for approx 2 months. I then went for a liver scan and was told my liver was normal. No sighs of fatty liver. When I questioned the enlarge size I was told some people just have large livers!!!!
