Finger size runs extremely small but is fixable.
Great Gloves for warmth and working but size is not what is advertised. But the finger size is easily fixable. These gloves run really small in the fingers. The glove size is fine. I normally wear a large in gloves. I ordered Xtra Large in these and they were still very small in the fingers. Enough to cut off circulation. But this condition is fixable. Cut 10 pieces of 3/4 inch PVC pipe about 4 inches long and insert the pieces one at a time all the way through the fingers and put one piece all the way into the thumb hole. Put the fingers of the glove with the PVC pipe installed into boiling water for about 10 seconds. No longer or the PVC pipe will melt. Do the same for the thumb. Let the gloves dry with the PVC pipe installed and the fingers will stretch out to a comfortable wearable size.

Best Bang for the Buck in Gloves!
I've purchased 2 sets of these in the last 16 months. I work in a giant refridgerator, driving a stand up forklift. My hands are constantly exposed to not only cold air, but to the wind created by driving the lift. These gloves are amazing at keeping your hands warm in this environment. They last well, clean easily (washer safe).. and last for a good amount of time. The only reason I replaced mine was I could not get the yogurt smell out of them from a spill. The convertible takes a bit of time to get used to, and sometimes you will find it rubbing the cuffs of your jacket. But this is such a minor thing, I can't fault them for it, as it does nothing more than puts strings on the velcro. Even in the environment I'm in, I don't have to wear any gloves underneath them, and I find that pulling the convertible section over my fingers when they get cold warms them up in a couple of minutes easily. Most of the time, I leave the convertible section down and work through the crease between them and the glove to operate the multi-tab on the forklift.I highly recommend these to anyone who works in a cold storage environment, or works outside in the winter. They work amazingly well while operating a snow blower too!

2nd pair and love these to
FIVE STAR GLOVES. I bought a pair of these a few years ago but lost them to either kids or the wife putting things away. Originally I got them to work armed security as the folks over mitten folds back to reveal fingerless gloves. They also work great for cold weather cycling. First off the gloves are warm and the mitten end allows for flesh against flesh fingers that allows for greater warmth. Once I stop and need my fingers for any fine manipulation I can fold back the end and do so with warm fingers. If it allowed I would give these 6 stars. Great price to.

Not for continues usage in freezing temps.
I bought these mittens to use at work. I work primarily outdoors. My new mittens arrived yesterday which was perfect because below zero temperatures are on the way. This morning was 7 degrees Fahrenheit. It snowed over night so I needed to shovel this morning. I don't think I was out longer than thirty minutes never actually touching the snow with my hands, mittens on. My thumbs were freezing while my fingers were began to grow cold. I may put on a pair of cotton gloves first just like in the picture. I am not totally dissatisfied but not completely happy with them. Let's see how they pan out at work because even though I work outdoors I am primarily in a vehicle, and I am not constantly out in the freezing temps longer than a few minutes at a time. I think if you are a person that need mittens for continues work in the freezing temps; these are not the pair to buy. Good luck!

You can do better
I normally wear a large glove/mitten and these are way too tight and rather uncomfortable. Also, the logo on the back is annoying. Finally, they aren't warm for a climate like Minnesota, USA. I don't expect them to be warm for large periods of time outside in the cold weather, but they should be warm enough for the 10 minutes I'm outside waiting for a bus or train. My hands get cold in even 20 degrees with these. I've had many other styles of this type of mitten and all were better than this one. The only nice point I can say is that they do seem pretty durable. I would not buy them again.

Perfect and very much needed
I have bad nerves in my hands do to frost bite years ago. I drive trucks and work on a freight dock which gets extremely cold during winter. I tried all types of gloves which my fingers and hands still got cold and have to use hand warmers. I was about to try some electric gloves but seen these and know a couple co worker wear refrig gear vs carhatt and said good things. Tried them last night during 25 degree hands stayed warm and didn’t need hand wArmers at all. I will buy another set for next year and my buy a coverall set too

Three Stars
Pictures implied finger tip coverings. These are open finger. Very bulky and heavy duty

Too small. Very Tight.
Normally I use Medium size gloves but ordered Large for a little extra room. These are very tight. I should have ordered the Extra Large. These are also thinner than I was expecting. I have been in refrigerated warehouses so I know what cold is, but I wanted these for walking and biking. I was willing to try them outdoors but decided they were too tight to test them adequately.
