Good product

This was not free for me! I bought this detox along with a few other products and I must say, this does work. I took 2 pills a day with food and in the second day, you will feel much lighter. I didn't have gassy stomach or cramps, but I gave some to my boyfriend and he said that he felt gas pains in his stomach. However, after his gas pains went away, he too saw the effects of a good detox. So, I would recommend this product, I just wouldn't use it every single day, maybe skip two days.

If you look through my Amazon account, you’ll see I rarely do reviews. I’m lazy lol but after the three days with this product? I had to tell you guys everything. For the first two days, nothing happened after I took this supplement besides a bit of stomach gas/cramping. It wasn’t extreme pain but it was there. I just thought I ate whenever it happened and it went away. I thought it wasn’t working which is weird since I drink 2L of water minimum (gallon preferably but I’m lazy) but during this time I was drinking a little more than 2 gallons of water per day. However, the night of the second day was the big day. I couldn’t sleep all night, I was throwing up and pooing. It was insane. My stomach hurt as well, not as much as it does from other teas and supplements but it did hurt. I also drink chlorophyll water so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it (since I poo easily with it). I had so much crap in me it’s crazy. It was unexpected and after that, I stopped because that was too much for me lol. Don’t know if I’ll re purchase because I threw up and I did not enjoy that. But it definitely does the job with not too much pain (but like I said, I still had a lot of pain to the point where I couldn’t go back to bed). I only took 2 rather than 4 as the instructions said and thank god I didn’t take 4 because I don’t wanna even know what happens! If you need a cleanse, this will work. Maybe take breaks after using though. I personally did not think the supplements were stinky but the poo and vomit itself was.

I have purchased this about 3 times and have been very pleased every time. I use it for IBS(C) and not only does this really help produce movements it also makes you feel much healthier in your gut and digestive system. The pills are fairly large but are easy to take with any drink. No bad smell and they do actually dissolve inside body. The only complaint I would have is the lids are made of some type of glass and plastic and after dropping the bottles even one time the cap snapped and another time the actual bottle broke. Would be good to see these in non-breakable packaging. Never feel like I'm wasting my money on this product as I have with so many IBS products in the past years.

So I just opened my product and everyone's right, it really does smells so I held my breath during my first dose. But that's just it, I've only taken one dose so far and I feel the need to write a review. You may need to modify your dosage**.I've only taken one dosage and in less than 7 hours, I've already "gone" 3 times. Not extremely harsh, but there was a slight discomfort in my stomach after my last go. Still feeling it. Think I'll stick to one dose a day. Drink lots of water!!

I love this line of health products! They used to offer a probiotic. Don't know what happened, but it's gone. No longer in their line. It was sold out all the time. Their other products are very good.
