Bought this for my son when he started junior high. The bag itself has held up quite well especially for being packed to the brim every day for years! The trolley portion is a lifesaver! The bag itself weighs a ton when fully loaded and can be very uncomfortable to carry around on the shoulders day in and day out. How’s, the ability to use the trolley to tote your stuff around makes life sooo much easier!!! My son loves it. Do Not Lift by the trolley handle!!!! If you refrain from lifting the bag by the trolley handle, it holds up great!!! The wheels navigate stairs very well with the tri-wheel design. Love this!!!!

I purchased this product for an upcoming trip to Eastern Europe. For part of my trip I am going to be walking 10 miles over two or three days. My carry-on bag is a soft side backpack suitcase and my personal item is a small under seat sized backpack. I tried to travel light but realized that a longer hike with whichever bag I put my technology into on my back might get tiring. I ordered this so that I could put my heavier things in one of the bags on the card and maneuver fairly easily because of the three wheels on each side. I have a larger wheelbase stair climber cart even if I take it apart will not fit into my carry-on bag. This cart is lightweight and I think sturdy enough for my purposes. My intention is to use it on the land part of my journey and if I cannot disassemble it easily enough, I will abandon it at the airport for someone else to enjoy. It seems a little flimsy, but given the fact that it is not likely that I will be putting more than 20 lb on it, it should be fine.

The zipper on the front pocket broke after the first use. I contacted the sellers and they replaced the entire thing immediately. They were so responsive so quickly. The second backpack we received is great! My son loves it.

How do you keep this backpack on the cart?!? There are bottom buckles and a pocket in back. Yet, the back pack slides down making it impossible to glide😡 bc of this the bag has holes already from it dragging or flipping over (few moments 1x) also the bar bent in two days my son take its to school with a single binder and small laptop 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Great size. Not too big or small. My only complaint is that the back mat not hold up due to the thread not secure on back of the backpack. I like that it can be on wheels or used to wear on back.

Hi i'm a 14 year old high school student. This backpack has so far led me through school without any difficulties at all! I highly recommend this backpack for anything really, but especially school.Great price for a great backpack!
