It’s been 3 days using it, definitely stopped my night snacking, it help to have better night sleep, it’s too soon to see significant weight drop, I’ve been using the carb block and the AM too, not hungry at all I could go all day with out food which never I ever could do with out a snack every hour. taking this medicine for 1 month now with fasting + diet took am+block and pm+block avoid carbs as much as possible still didnt loose weight and my belly is still the same and weight is also the same.really waist of money.very sad

No tienen sabor por lo que son agradables de tomar y no cuestan tragar. Estupendos productos tanto am como pm. Fáciles de tragar, sabor neutro. Llevo 15 días tomándolos y me va muy bien. Am es compatible con el ayuno intermitente y pm te ayuda a descansar al tener un poco de melatonina.
