The Gruffalo Annual 2016 by Julia Donaldson - Hardcover

This is a lovely Annual for Gruffalo fans. It contains simple board games, drawing activities, colouring, join-the-dots, lots of information on creatures you might find in the ‘deep dark wood,’ cooking activities, find the ‘odd one out’ etc. Sadly, there are no stories featuring the Gruffalo and, although I suppose that would be difficult, it is still a disappointment that there is not even one short story to read aloud. Still, it will certainly be a fun activity book for any young child and I know my little nephew will adore completing all the pages and I do love the pages on woodland creatures, which I am certain he will really enjoy. Also, the actual cover and inside pages of this book is really eye catching and the Gruffalo's Child also features in this edition, which will be important to many young readers.

Great quality and arrived just in time for Christmas thanks to fast dispatch. Recommended.

So many things to do and games to play, a very enjoyable and worth-it book to have for Gruffalo fans.
