Wireless Indoor Helicopter
Nothing but a waste of money. I got this for my ten year old grandson. Put the batteries in and flew it for maybe for half an hour, which was about 4 flights. It cracked and fell apart. I at least thought it might last for a few weeks rather than a few minutes

Execuheli is Fun
This is an entry level RC helicopter. The Execuheli has a lever for up-and-down, also has a lever for L & R. In addition, there are 'trim' buttons for counter rotation correction. Because of the design, the helo is gently on a forward movement; this is easily overcome by wrapping yarn around the tail for better hovering. For younger (7,8,9) children desiring to fly RC, getting them to hover the helicopter is likely the first goal; then adding more inputs as they are able to master the first steps. The kids love to fly it, if they can get it away from me.

Syma 107G a much better option.
I picked up one of these at RadioShack for $14.99 on black Friday, a 50% discount. After carefully removing it from the designed for non-return packaging*(See below) I was able to ready the toy for test flying in about 15 minutes. That included reading instructions, inserting 6 AA batteries and charging the copter. It took me about 10 minutes of practice flying to get used to the controller. You can only control the throttle and steer left and right. Better copters let you steer forward, backward or hover. This copter always moves slowly forward. It tends to move in a tight circle but that can be trimmed out with left, right trimming buttons.I crashed this copter the first day more than a dozen times with no damage, a tribute to its durability. That said, I would avoid flying it near anything fragile. A plus is that you can join the Propel "Flying Club" for free which lets you order free spare parts for the $2.65 cost of shipping and handling.Aside from the inability to move in reverse or hover a bigger negative is the copter battery cannot be replaced. That makes it a trow away toy compared to the Syma 107G which can be had for ~$20. At the $32,59 price on the day I write this review this copter is way over priced. That said it works reasonably well for me to give it 3 stars.* Care must be taken when removing stupidly placed scotch tape which could result in damaging the copter while un-boxing. .

Not only for kids!
I bought the Execuheli for my husband on a whim for Christmas and he loves it. He's been a fan of RC cars for years and has always talked about getting a helicopter or plane,so I thought, what the heck. He's been practicing and so far its still in one piece. Even after our large dog retreived it when it fell from the sky. Yes, he does have problems keeping it airborn, but we think its more of an operator error than a problem with the toy. Its held a charge a sufficent amount of time for an adult who flies in spurts. I recommend it, but think its a little delicate for a child. Best for a preteen to adult. Its fun!

Less fun than flushing your money down the toilet
My 5 year old son got this for Christmas from a relative. It will not charge. It will turn on for about two seconds and then it turns itself off. I've tried two sets of new batteries with no difference. This thing is garbage.

Best heli with cool LED lights
We have been through many RC helicopters! Air hogs, and other brands, only two have worked out of the box the other 7 just spun in circles and were completely uncontrollable from the start. This heli has been spectacular! We got it from Kohls for $20. It was an excellent value considering some of the helis we got were 50 and didn't work ever. This one has a smooth operation. We are able to control it in all directions walking behind it landing it easily in the exact spot we want and even flying though a door way and into another room. It has LED lights that flash and light up like a spot light in the front and on the tail that strobe different colors. It is very durable! Only thing is that one of the brackets that hold the blades in place came off and we can't find it. I think it came with some extras but I don't know where we put them. I noticed you can buy the brackets here for a couple of bucks but it is probably something you can just pick up at Radio Shack too just to make sure you have the right size. Brackets from other non working helicopters can be a possible match too. Over all this helicopter gets a 5!

Better Business Bureau reports are TERRIBLE
This product ran for about 10 minutes and quit working. Please read the Better Business Bureau reports on this. They are receiving MANY reports about people trying to contact them for warranty issues on this product and they are not getting return emails. Their voicemail box is currently full as well. I've emailed 4 times and called twice. This is a poor product but even a worse company in terms of customer service.
