I think it does. I add an extra blanket over the entire cover to prevent it from blowing open. Other than that it works great!

Does this fit the mico max 30 while on the bugaboo donkey adaptors?

Good afternoon JCFAITH!  I am very sorry for the delay to your inquiry, but I'm happy to address your request.  The Cosi Mico Cover is compatible with the Mico Max 30 infant car seat.  It has been tested and approved for use specifically with the Mico Max 30 and can be used while it is installed on any of our compatible full-size Quinny or Maxi-Cosi strollers (such as the Buzz Xtra, Moodd, Dana, Zapp Xtra, Adorra, Kaia, Maxi-Taxi, etc.).  This cover will not interfere with any of our stroller frames listed above when installed on the Mico Maxi 30 car seat shell.  While Bugaboo is included on our list of compatible stroller brands, we do not test our car seat accessories with their strollers.  We suggest that you check with Bugaboo to see whether they have any restrictions for use with their products.  I have included their contact information below for their convenience.
