Overall for the price expected then to be in New/Mint quality.... Inconsistent mailing packages.. Purchased 2 of these one as a gift other for myself..Disappointed that they both showed signs of damage. First one i recieved arrived in a nice box and was nicely packed in bubble wrap protecting it from moving. That one should visible signs or chipping/scratches on the lid of the cup...The second cup arrived in just a bubble wrap envelope and the cup itself was bubble wrapped even before removing it from its protective bubble wrap you can tell that the straw had broken into pieces. The cup itself had a few minor scratched

LOVE the tumbler!BUT the green lid was scratched up around the edges - photo shows one section, it continues around the whole lid and on the yellow part some green spots and scratches.At this price, I expected "mint condition"Very disappointed. : (

This has been on my girl wishlist for a long while now. So I figured its a good time to order it now. It came with no scratches and also no scratches on the straw. The cup is metal but the straw is plastic. It looks very amazing in person but I believe the price is kinda overpriced due to the cup being very limited. Nonetheless its worthy of being a gift and it made her very very happy. I would recommend anyone who collects starbucks cups to cash the extra amount and buy it :)
