Small is a bit to big
I have a Maltese….got a size Small but wish I had gotten XS. Just bc I had to tie up the wig to make it smaller. Also the ends of the costume where she puts her paws. I had to fold them up. But it’s so cute I love it.

Pay attention to the size chart and your pup will look great!
Leia costume was just as expected, perhaps slightly smaller/tighter of a ‘size large’ fit on my 50lb retriever mix than I had hoped, but not too big of an issue. The Velcro made it easy to get on and off quickly, and once I got her paws in the sleeves, my girl was comfortable in it. The hair piece was a bit loose and strands come undone if they get caught in the Velcro by the neck, but manageable and still very cute. It is an adorable costume idea, and was a huge hit with my friends, so I recommend!

The body is not to scale with the legs.
I ordered a small, and it fits fine, but the legs are about five inches too long. A small dog doesn't usually have really long legs.

cute to take a photo, but don't plan on it staying on long...
Really cute, but hard to keep the 'hair' on. The buns only have a strip of elastic under to hold them in place -as soon as the dog moves at all, they shift either forward or backward -if the elastic had been created to form a V or Y around the ears it would be better.
