At first i contemplated weather to buy this product or not. I finally took the plunge and I am absolutely in love with it. I put it in my living room and it was perfect. I was debating also weather to get the mini or this size and this size was best. The mini would have been to small. You won`t regret it.

Bigger than expected

Great for announcements and parties! Love that it comes with a USB adapter and option for C size batteries. Does not come with letters.

This was cute and worked fine. However the slightest movement of the box will shift the letters. Also letters are sold separately.

I'm using this in my classroom and it will be perfect! It is just the right size and was a great price!

I love this light! It's so neat and can be used for many different occasions, which is cool!!! It comes with a USB cord and it takes C batteries, there's a switch on the side do you can use it anywhere for any thing!!! Cool little icons can slide in and out, it's Fun!!!

The kids in the classroom love it

I've had two of these. The first one stopped working within two months.The plug just stopped working. I used it in my classroom and though maybe one of my kiddos broke it. I bought a 2nd one. This one has lasted almost exactly a year. Same problem-it's like the plug connection got loose. I NEVER unplug it so I don't know how there would be a problem. I am sad that I've wasted my money. I wish there was more customer support...

No letters come with this product, it's feels really cheap and poorly made and is over priced. This is a product that will not last the test of time. Also can be found cheaper at the link below if you REALLY REALLY want it.[...]

I purchased this Heidi Swapp light box for my daughter in law for Christmas because I have the same one. And it’s great. BUT I find out the letters and numbers are no longer being made for this light box. I tried Canada and the USA. There was some on line in green but to get them shipped to Canada was double the price if the light box itself. I should have checked for letters first. So I returned it. If you can get letters for it it’s the best light box. With no letters it’s useless. I rate it a 5 star because it is a good light box. But one star because I cannot get stuff needed for it where I live. I was told products for this Heidi Swapp light box are not longer in production.
