Perfect summer jacket. Been looking for one with decent pockets and sun protection. Doesn't wrinkle and true to size. I have been looking for a replacement for a old favorite summer jacket. I am one that will burn by a refrigerator light so having a light cover up jacket is definitely needed. I like the overall feeling from the jacket too as well as color and size was true to color and fit.

This is hands down one of *the best* products I’ve bought this year (and I’m super selective). I couldn’t be happier with the feel of the material, the sun protection, the comfortable wear, or how incredibly easy it is to slip on or toss on my lap when driving.My family has been spending quite a lot of time in the sun during the pandemic, and I was getting too much sun exposure and was tired of sunscreen. I bought this jacket when we went to Saint George, UT (our first trip out since we were fully vaccinated), and it was very hot and sunny. This jacket was a dream. The long front zipper made it super easy to slip on and off between car rides and hikes, the hood is super useful for protecting neck and face, and it’s so lightweight and comfortable I wasn’t sweaty or weighed down by an extra layer.I still use it almost daily when I go on walks, in the car to keep the sun off my legs during long road trips, and for around-town driving for my left arm & neck to avoid long-term sun exposure. So, so easy ♥️I love the light ice-blue color, it’s subtle and very nice, and the fabric feels wonderful.I’m really interested in a tan/brown/reddish brown version for hiking, if the company is interested in offering. The only (extremely minor) downside is that dirt shows more readily on the light material, especially when I’ve got the sleeve pulled all the way down and use the thumb holes to cover my hands. I didn’t want to have to worry about getting the jacket dirty when I sat to rest on a rock or something, but honestly the sun protection is so amazing that even with the chance of collecting dirt I still wear it all the time.The jacket was a little bit looser than I was expecting, but I think I like it better than a tight fit. (I got a Medium; I’m 5’4 with short/athletic build and curves.)Love love love this jacket, 10/10 will buy again.

I purchased this jacket for hiking/layering. I am very pleased with the quality of the jacket/zipper/fabric. I am 5'6 and weigh 168lbs. I ordered an XL and the fit is just right. It leaves room for layering but not baggy. The pockets are deep enough on the outside but the inside pockets are perfect for my phone. The fabric is very thin and silky but I feel like it is good quality. Not so thin that it is see thru but thin enough that it won't add alot of warmth. Although I did not buy this for the sun protection as I usually hike in the woods, I can definitely see how this would work well and be comfortable for walking/running in the sun. The downside is the hood. It is a bit floppy. But the material is so thin that the hood does not feel bulky. I may end up altering it and cutting the hood to be more like a collar since I really don't want a hood anyway. Again, if you are looking for sun protection, the hood is loose enough to be comfortable and would protect the back of your neck. I like the thumb holes too. Plenty of room in the length of the sleeves. For the price, I am super pleased with this product.

Love how it's so lightweight and the pockets are deep enough. It's perfect for spring weather. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because the hood keeps falling down so it's not the best when it's windy

I'm taking 2, Rx that are photo sensitizers and I cannot stop taking them. I'm now photo allergic. Arms are the worst, neck. This jacket covers my arms, the hood covers my neck. A good zipper. A light, lovely fabric. Good selection of colors.

So far, so good with this hoodie. I tested it out in the afternoon sun, and while I could feel the heat on my back, I didn't get sunburned. It did protect me. The entire hoodie does protect the most sensitive areas and really does protect the neck. I like how it fits, and it is cool. I'm petite, so the XS fit somewhat big for my body, but as I want to wear another shirt underneath the hoodie, I was fine with it fitting somewhat loose. Overall, good buy so far, and I will do what another reviewer said: wear it out when I'm driving to protect me. I live in an area (near the equator) where the sun is blazing.Now, my shoulders are super sensitive to the sun, so while I was wearing it I did feel heat on my back from how strong the sun was, but I didn't get burned. The material is cooling, so I wasn't sweating or hot, but the sun here is so strong that nothing can protect you from absorbing the heat. I am still going to wear sunblock underneath the hoodie to protect my shoulders: that's the only part of me that's that sensitive to the sun as I've gotten burned there before. If I plan on staying in the blazing sun for really long then I'll probably wear another SPF underneath this one just in case, but overall, I think this does protect. I just think I need more protection than a regular person on my shoulders.What I love about this the most is that it covers the neck area and the ears and top of the head and my shoulders and back, which are the most sensitive areas to the sun. My legs don't get as sensitive as my shoulders when exposed to the sun. I just like how much it covers while still being cooling to the body. I think this is great for walking around or doing activities that require being outside, but I definitely am going to wear it while driving as I can't really wear a hat as it'll block my view to wear a really large hat, so this is really good for driving in the afternoon.I read that it runs big (at least for petite people), so I wasn't disappointed it wasn't form-fitting especially as I plan to wear another SPF shirt underneath (just in case). I love being outside, so I had to get this hoodie. I have hats etc., but the sun here is so strong that you have to really protect yourself: otherwise you barely get time with nature. Even at 7 p.m. here the sun is still strong in the summer. Overall, a good buy, and it's working so far. I just bought it and have only used it once, but I did test it out before writing this review.My advice is to still wear some sunblock if you have sensitive areas like your shoulders, but I think this hoodie is great for layering and saving money on sunblock. This plus my SPF shirt underneath should save me money on sunblock. It's absolutely necessary to wear protective clothing if you are going to be out in the sun in the summer in a place that's near the equator.I like the color I ordered: lilac.

This is a lovely product. I have now bought three of them, because it’s a very light weight (so not hot when wearing in sun), and I love the tapered waist. I’ve tried others and returned them. Nothing beats Baleaf!

Exactly what I needed. Protection from the sun. Ordered my normal size and it fit perfectly. If you prefer a looser fit then size up. I wore it over my bathing suit and have worn it over a workout tank.

Keeps the windchill out while still remaining light enough to wear for a walk or jog.

Sent this to my Mom who is outdoors a lot and doctor says she needs sun protection. She loves the quality, fit and colour.
