I had brought these lunch boxes recently for my 10 year daughter but I am very disappointed with the materials. After using it only twice the flip lock of the medium box got broken and the flip lock of the large box is about to break. My 10 old daughter handles all her things carefully and responsibly and I washed these boxes very gently with hands so we are kind of very diaspointed with the product.

I was skeptical about buying these containers since reviews were limited and all were 5 stars at the time I purchased. After using them for awhile now, they are worth the 5 star rating. Heavy duty stainless steel with tight fitting lids. The box sizes are convenient for taking lunch and snacks to work. I had salad dressing in one and it didn’t leak at all. Love these so much that I am ordering a second set.

Updated: I still like these, but I think the square ones are better. The lids of the rectangular ones don't seem to stay shut. One side always pops open. I got a replacement set of lids and the same thing happens. So far the square version seems to stay closed better. I've used these for a few years now and the lids are still in good shape.I love using these sturdy stainless containers as I never worry about breaking or leaching plastic into my food. I use these in my Hot Logic, store leftovers and have even used the small ones in my instant pot (not the lids) they are nice thick stainless, definitely a quality product. I have the square set, and the extra large containers too.This set though, my medium lid is wonky and doesn’t close. I’ve been too lazy to contact the manufacturer so my fault since they did say they will replace faulty lids. I have about 9 of these brand containers and it’s only this one lid that’s bad. (Maybe one of the square lids too, but not as bad as this one...)

I bought this some time ago, but just started using it recently. Today, I used the medium sized box, and the lid snapped when I tried to close it. I've used many boxes like this from other companies with glass containers, and I've never had a lid do this before. Also, the small sized box has one snap that will not close regardless of what I do. I'm so disappointed in this purchase, it wasn't cheap, and now I basically have bases with unusable lids!Edited to add: Customer service sent me replacement lids, which broke off the same way on the first use. I'm not sure how this product has so many good reviews.

I got these stainless steel containers for my son to use at school for his lunch and snacks. I didn't want plastic and glass is heavy and potentially dangerous. The punctuation for the instructions on the box is really poor, so I was already leery, but they looked nice and, when the top is put on properly, are leak-proof (I tested with water). However, it's really hard to get the top lined up and on correctly. I know this is going to be an impossible task for my son to do himself. I am willing to give it a try and see if he can possibly remove the top by himself so we can still use them, not put the top back on. I wish there were more options out there!
