I have been suffering with a knee injury for many weeks and have been using 3 different supports, neoprene and a soft splinted version with Velcro straps.I came across this product and carefully read the reviews, one of which made me sceptical stating instant pain relief.WELL, I don't bother much with my own reviews but this product arrived 4 hours ago and I put it on straight away. I am amazed at the difference already. It's comfortable and yes, pain free.One tip I picked up on a review was to size down if you are close to that size. It was a great tip.

My life has really been changed with this, it's like I've got a new knee. I had had my pre op to have a new knee and the week before I was due to have it done I snapped my tendon in the other leg so the operation had to be delayed for a year. My surgeon remarked how I was even able to walk on my joint was a mystery to him as years of football and motorcycles in my younger years has meant now just bone against bone. Five years later and I have refrained from having op as hear so many stories of being worse after, I'm now 62 and pretty much retired to North Wales but my wife is 7 years younger than me so walking is me just trying to keep up. She was fed up with my whimpering so she found this for me, put it on and walked the steep hill at the back of where I live and I didn't moan once, hand on heart the pain was reduced at least 80%. The brace has 2 vertical supports either side which I'm convinced are the trick with this thing, I took the advice from other reviews ordering size down. It's tight on me but think it has to be to work properly, I use only for walking as wouldn't recommend keeping on all day or especially not while sleeping, thrombosis could be an issue. Now I've found this I'm not going to pursue having knee replacement, just renew this as and when and keep the bones I was born with. Great product and just the same as the other more expensive you see advertised on miracle cure websites.

Very well made, really support the knee joints and also benefit from a knee pad to protect if you kneel down.Wish I had known about these before , would have saved a lot of pain and discomfort. My old knees are knackered and very painful, now have a pair of these supports and they are making a huge difference to my day.Definitely recommended and I would buy again.

I ordered size L as the biggest measurement of L was the diameter of my thigh however it's a little loose and slips, so order a size down.However great support and would buy again.

Size L - Very supportive the side splints hold the knee cap in position and prevent knee from twisting, comfortable and compared to other supports I've tried do not constrict movement behind knee cap. Not entirely breathable as quite sweatyafter a long walk. Quite thick material so don't envisage being suitable in warmer weather. Although a little bulky can wear skinny fit jeans over as long a you don't mind the support being obvious. Ordered a second one and as can see by the photo is slightly different in length and width and does not give the same degree of support therefore returning for replacement .Successfully returned and new replacement is identical to original . I am not sure if supports are causing additional pain - when walking are doing the job but on removing pain has increased????

Honestly, I've ordered lots of different knee supports since my injury and this is exceptionally good.I was given two different ones by the NHS which were useless. They slipped down and I was told it was because my leg is bigger above my knee than below! For most people this is true!So I ordered several knee supports from Amazon and this one is amazing. It's so well designed and constructed. It remains in position and it is so comfortable and yet firmly supportive. Best of all, no straps or velcro! All the ones with straps and velcro turned out to be inferior with slipping down issues.This looks good too, not that I cared because I'd wear anything which helped.I have a torn cartilage, damaged ligaments and a piece of my knee bone was torn out so I've had weeks of agony and was barely hobbling with crutches. I'm waiting for surgery. The improvement since wearing this has been amazing. My quality of life has improved. I am carefully hobbling around without the crutches and everything is more manageable. It's allowing me to proceed with more confidence. I think I will now order a couple more as this knee support is as good as it can be.

Quite good support. Had a few knee supports previously, but these include the gel knee protection and the side supports. Have used them walking and training generally, they stay up quite well but do drift down after a while, but I suspect all of these products do. Overall pleased and they are fit for purpose.

I was impressed by the quality of the received product, ordered two as both my knees suffer some instability , played basketball after many years with a bunch of teenagers and knees did not hurt and felt stable!!The silicone patella support and the side stabilisers feel good. The sizing chart is accurate and the instructions clear . My knees did not get too hot while playing as compared to other braces.Very recommendable .
