This product sucks I bought the same brand three years ago And it worked Fine And now I bought one for my daughter's birthday and it wouldn't charge So I have to return that one so I bought another one hoping it would be fine and so far this one is not charging so I am very angry What a piece of s*** And waste of money In my time

So I have 5 teenagers, and my youngest just turned 13, and she loves to skateboard. Thought this would be a great idea for her to have since she has had a scooter before and she was hoping to get another one this year. But this by far was exactly what she wanted and more. But only problem is, I didn't know it was going to cause so much chaos. Now all the other kids want one, so I hear a lot of bickering over. Who is going to ride it and for how long before they have to share it with the next one!! Super happy and pleased with the product!! Who wouldn't love a skateboard, especially one with a remote that u don't have to do much but push the button and off you go. Battery life in good and lasts a while, and even with her being a bigger girl, it still goes faster than expected. All around happiness with product, shipping and quality of the thing!! This product come on fast, when I see the open box I was exited I try to charged because it was totally uncharged, but I was unable to to it, and after some movement to the skateboard finally was able to do it, so I left charge and now everything is working good, I hope this starting thing does not affect the rest of life to this product. Very happy with it!

I ordered one. That didn't work. So I had him send out another that didn't work. I assume the batteries come with it that are dead. You need to check your product before you send them out. Disappointed because I have disabilities and have trouble sending the products back with no computer. Worst thing I ever ordered for a birthday present. Certain products need to be checked before you send them out. Don't buy this product you'll be sorry

This is my son’s first skateboard! I wasn’t sure if it’s safe enough for a young kid, so I tried myself on the first day. The remote which to control the speed is really helpful for beginners like me. The deck is sturdy and strong, and it’s not too long so makes it easier to maneuver. I had so much fun for my first ride! My son and his friends enjoyed it too! When he first started, my husband was holding on his hand when he’s riding it with a very low speed. But after a few hours he was able to manage it himself and ride smoothly. They had been riding it outside every day since we got it! Would recommend!

Piece of junk, purchased early for Christmas present for granddaughter due to supply chain issues. She rode it probably 10 times. Now battery has failed and warranty has expired. Cannot access or service battery. It is not removable. Spent good money but 55 days later it's junk. Would like a refund but probably not gonna happen.

I have bought two of these and neither will turn on!!! Any ideas? Remote charged and lights come on but can’t turn on the actual battery on the skateboard on either. I also can’t find a way to contact the company directly.

Right out of the box, the board didn't charge or turn on.When I bought it, I didn't pay enough attention to the return policy - I've never had a problem with Amazon before. This needs to be mailed back to the distributor. By USPS, that would cost me about $45.00!Then, I get a message from them that they'll authorize the return after I send them if I send them a video of the problem. That means I either give them my cell phone number or my email address. No thanks, besides, the video would show the charger plugged in, the light green (not charging), then, with the charger unplugged, the unit not turning on when I press on/off. Which is what I told them the problem was. Video not needed.
