Silver Plated Metal Kazoo Musical Instrument

The product was unusable...the plastic diaphragm was moist and it's rims were torn..the metal parts had scratches and kinking at many places...moreover it didn't produce any sound

I ordered this because my brother asked for one and he loves it so much!! I think it’s a nice little present for a kid.
