I really do like these cameras but the set up process is long, it was a pain to set up but if you are patient and willing to go through the pain you have a lovely set of cameras with an awesome amount of storage for storing that footage.My personal preference for performance and longevity would have been SSD over HDD but I can't complain as 1TB to be included int eh package is a good amount of disk space to store your footage on.The software side of things, the app isn't the best but isn't the worst either out there, I have had experienced some bad interfaces before so I am generally pleased with the application, it does what I need it to do and it allows me to access the cameras and stay connected with my set up.

CCC TV camera arrived earlier then expected time, looks pretty good,tested all the cameras, works fine but haven't installed yet.Cameras come with wires, mouse and all the essentials.Customer care/ after service is pretty good as Ella is asking if the product is working fine and have any issues.Overall all fantastic experience.

This looks to be a really comprehensive security camera kit. With four wired cameras and unit. I ordered this to replace an older version where the subscription ran out and now costs a fortune. We haven't set it up yet so cannot comment on ease of set up and use. But I will update this review once we have.

I've had this system for a few months, it was easy to setup and install and when i forgot the logun password I contacted the Zosi team on facebook messenger who provided a first class service and support to help reboot my dvr and create a new password. Excellent service

Good value product.Had a problem with the box that contains hard drive.After a few questions from the seller new box and hard drive exchanged.All is now good again.Thanks for your help Rainbow.

Brilliant system only one thing lets it down and that’s the Mobile app trying to watch cctv on your phone with the app they provide is a pain really slow and some times won’t connect real shame

Okay so unlike a lot of modern security systems that rely on the cloud and on wireless cameras, this system is your old school classic. It has a hard drive all the footage gets written to, it has 4 cameras that require being plugged in to work, and it has a central box, which everything has to be connected to, and that you can plug into a TV to view a proper security camera feed. Very corner shop.It is hard to set up. The hard wiring of the cameras, the box, the whole thing, it is not as simple as other security systems. It takes time, and it takes a lot of work, wiring up cameras where you need them is not as easy as just sticking a battery powered one where you want. You get much better reliability with the wire, but it takes a lot of time.But once it is up and running, it is pretty good. The app is fine, not dreadful, which for security cameras is as good as you can hope for. The feeds are clear and crisp, the field of view is great, the cameras and the footage they capture is great. And the included 1TB HDD is great too. No cloud stuff you have to pay for monthly, you have a HDD with more space than you will likely ever need, and you can access it remotely if need be too. Also relatively easy to integrate into Home Assistant via the generic IP camera if need be.The system is great, the set up is a pain. If you are willing to go through the pain, I think this is a great security option. It is not the greatest value proposition in the world, especially once you take into account time invested, but it is not as bad as the cloud security options out there.
