The reasons I bought this:• I was looking for a cruelty free option for face care. It was between this and another brand. I went with this because the ratings were slightly better and there were more of them. This had more in it for less money. Also I liked the font on the bottle. :) (Nice job, designer.)• I've debated between lotions and serums but what I've found is that many people who are older tout that serums are superior in performance for your face. I also found this to be the stated case on websites speaking about beauty products. It seems serums absorb into the face more easily than a lotion can. Although there are many who start with a serum and follow up with a lotion, I can't/don't. I, personally, don't find I need lotions because of how oily my skin is. This had all of the things I was looking for in the ingredients list to stave off wrinkles and help my face feel more "full" - which by the way it has. It's difficult to describe, but after a few weeks of applying it, my skin has plumped out just a hair.What I like about it:• It's not the consistency of water like other brands I've purchased. It still absorbs well (in less than a minute) but isn't running down my hands while I'm trying to quickly apply it. It pools up slightly like gelled water, allowing me to use only what I need and allows me to work a little more slowly so I can get the coverage where I want it.• I like that the bottle itself is a pump. I've used the brands that have a squeeze dropper but it's a bit more clumsy to work with something like that in my opinion.• It doesn't make me break out. My skin can be VERY sensitive to a lot of things because it's annoying like that. Touch my face too much? Acne. Wash too much? Acne? Wash too little? Acne. Wash with the wrong kind of cleanser? Acne. I breathe wrong? Acne.Anyway.I've used this serum since November and it's now January. I wanted to try it for a while before I gave any feedback. It hasn't caused my breakout-prone, oily skin any stress.To sum all of that up? I'm pretty happy with it.

Great serum for moisturizer

So far so good. I've only been using this product for about two weeks so it's too soon to tell if it's doing any good, but I can say that I haven't experienced any negative reactions (redness, stinging, rash, etc). Plus it's easy to use. I put it on right after I wash my face or get out of the shower and before I lotion up. It goes on thin and there's no odor or tackiness. Time will tell if it's worth keeping as part of my daily routine!

I didn't get the results I was hoping for but this stuff did make my skin soft and was not greasy! :)

This product is wonderful! I never received it for free. I have been purchasing it for about 1 year and I will continue to do so! I am 68 years old and have had people ask me my secret (no kidding)! My face is smooth and fine lines are almost nil. I would recommend (and have recommended) this product to many people! Update: I originally gave this product a very good rating; however, when I went to order this today the price went up from 13.99 to 18.99! I will be looking for a replacement. I am so disappointed.

So far, this product is exactly what I have been looking for--a fairly high otc retinol serum with hyaluronic acid, and cruelty free! I have been using it for about a week and a half, and I have noticed already that the texture of my skin has improved. This product has not made me break out, and it even has made my skin plump up a bit--no doubt due to the hyaluronic acid content. I want to say that my wrinkles look smaller, because they do, but I am not sure if this is a result that can be expected so quickly! I am in my early 30s with just the start of crows feet and forehead lines. I plan to use this as my go-to serum for nights with a very light moisturizer (I have oily skin, but retinol does dry it out and this product is not at all greasy--it soaks right in and can easily be followed with a moisturizer without issue). Excellent product, I highly recommend it!

I was so excited to try this product, I have been use in it for about a week and so disappointed, it makes my face super dry, and irritated.. I used it morning and nights. Not what I spected..

Here's my problem. I lilke the product, Already ordered my next bottle BUT although nothing more is pumping out of the bottle, I can still see quite a bit in the bottom of the bottle. Several more applications worth, but the pump no longer produces and product and the top does not screw off!!! I feel like there is much waste at the bottom of the jar!!!
