Candlewic Natural Soy Wax, 10 lb. Bag

This wax is exactly what I was looking for! I purchased this wax to make candles and it worked out fantastic, just as I had expected. I have already started to burn one candle and it smells great and burns very slow. When melting the wax make sure that you melt it on low to medium so that the wax does not melt too fast, and make sure to add about 10 ml at least of essential oil per lb of wax (depending on the strength)of the oil it may differ but I highly recommend this wax for candle making or which ever craft you may prefer to use this for!

Absolutely love this wax! I've purchased it twice now, and plan to stick with this brand. I had bought other soy waxes in the past from other brands, but noticed when I melted those that there were sometimes strange chemical smells and those waxes didn't hold a scent well at all.This soy wax has been the absolute best I've ever used! It doesn't give off any strange smells as it melts and it holds a scent very well. It's super easy to work with and I've used it both for container candles, and in silicone molds to make shapes with my wax!

I bought it to use for my first try at homemade candles and it did great!! Melting was very easy and did fine in the microwave, and it held the scent and color very nicely. Although it did not take long to melt, it dries quickly, so work fast! Really happy with this wax, I would recommend! It melts really nice and even, I was able to make a little over 12, 8oz jar candles with one bag. I didn't do anything special, just melted and poured the wax from a cheap pouring pot I bought on amazon, and they turned out perfect. The wicks I used were "EricX Light 100 Piece Natural Candle Wick, Low Smoke 6" Pre-Waxed & 100% Natural Cotton Core,For Candle Making,Candle DIY". Enjoy!

I like the product, works great for candles. The package was ripped open, and I had wax everywhere. This was the 2nd time I ordered the wax; I have wax flakes everywhere in my house.

I have nothing to compare this to. lol. I'm new to candles and just randomly one day saw a cute one on pinterest and said, "I could do that." So here we are. So far so good. I'm not quick enough to do mass making so we're doing one candle at a time in the microwave and so far so good. Our candles are setting nicely, and smell great, and burn forever... like fooorrrrrreeeeevvvvveeeeerrrrr. So, we're happy, and tired of sugar cookie smell. lol. I did do a lot of looking around at prices and unless you wanna go super bulk, this is about the best price. With prime it is the best price. The not having to pay shipping made the difference from candle supply companies being cheaper, to this winning. And since this is a new hobby, we didn't really wanna go bulk before we knew if I could do this. Figured if they looked funky they could just be saved for Christmas gifts. lol. We like it tho. it's working. But again, can't compare it to anything else. lol... on a side note, I added some pictures. They were my first two candles so excuse the messiness of them, I had no idea what I wanted to do when I started pouring. lol.

This soy wax was a great value. The wax will easily melt and absorb color and essential oil scents to make beautiful candles!
