Es un excelente producto! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!! Al principio Alexa no detectaba el dispositivo pero me puse en contacto con Geeni Support y me atendieron de maravilla! En un par de días la cámara funcionaba a la perfección! Estoy realmente feliz con mi compra y creo que vale cada centavo!Great Product! It works just as I imagined!!! At first it didn’t work with Alexa since the app couldn’t find the camera, but I got in touch with Geeni Support and they solved the problem righ away! They have excellent costumer service! I’m really happy with this purchase, it’s worth every penny. I’m becoming a “Geeni Fan” from now on!

Activation using a QR code works like a charm. There have been great improvements since the 720p version. Now Google Home app recognises the device as a camera and allows you to stream from it right away without any delays (there was a delay of up to 30 seconds with the old camera when the stream had to go through Geeni or SmartLife app and then to Google).For now (firmware 5.5.3, SmartLife 5.14.0) the only issue I see is being unable to add the camera to any routines like the existing one to activate motion detection, so I had to set an individual schedule for this one.

Tengo una buena experiencia con las cámaras genni, la utilizo para vigilar a mi mascota, hasta el momento no he tenido falla ya tengo mas de 2 años de uso, por eso realicé otra compra ya que la ocupaba para otra habitación

I ordered a different camera last week(cheap, mini spy cam) and got exactly what I paid for, cheap product. Spent almost three hours trying to get it to connect to the app on my phone(which had a less than 2 star rating) so I gave up and returned it and bought this camera! It was only $12 more expensive than the other one but man! I should have bought two cause I love this thing so much! I just needed something small to put outside my hermit crab tank so I could watch them when I wasn’t home while they were out and about and this works just great!Set up took less than 10 minutes. Downloaded the app, connected the camera and got it positioned all in under ten minutes. The picture quality is good, the night vision is good.The only thing I’ve noticed is that when you turn on the lights, if the camera is in any way tucked behind something or close to something else that blocks the infrared light, the night vision doesn’t switch back to normal automatically. You almost have to show the camera to the light before it registers it. But all in all, it’s a wonderful little device! I like that you don’t have to pay for storage if you don’t want it. This first one is just a tank monitoring camera for me so I don’t really need any storage because it’s not for security purposes and I like that I don’t have to pay simply to view my camera. It does come with a memory card feature that seems to be viewable from the app as well.That being said, the options for the cloud service that it DOES give you are very reasonably priced. $20 for an entire year with a 14 day continuous recording time is almost unbeatable! Very happy with this purchase and I am going to be buying more from this company! For reference, I pay $50 a month for my Vivint service and it’s not that great! Lol!
