Take what you need…
And leave the rest. It’s actually a great read and listen. I’m an MDL-LA fan so that may have swayed me

Not that great, it's more a customer service training book focused on real estate.
So far, I'm not impressed, I finished the first part of the book in about a month as it was really hard to find motivation reading (it gets boring really quick).I'll update the review later, but I am a bit disappointed so far by the title, but the content is decent so far.The first part of the book is summarized in this sentence:Do whatever is necessary in order to please your clients and always look for opportunities and network all the time.

Altman shows you how to Sell The Dream!
I love this book. Not only is it highly informative, it is also a pleasant reading experience. Granted, it is not as polished as other works of literature, but Josh Altman is effective in conveying his convincing “Altman Close”. I would recommend this book to the new real estate agent. This book had given me a good foundation to establish my future career in real estate.
